MEN: Please select the Men's course only.

WOMEN: You can enroll directly into the time that suits you best. NOTE: Classes are identified as EH or WH, the two halves of the world.  Eastern Hemisphere or Western Hemisphere.  For most people the ideal choice will be according to where you live. The time given is Israel time.  You can use The World Clock Meeting Planner 🌎 to find the time for your location. 

The content of the course will be the same, no matter which course you choose.
