Developed and taught exclusively by Rebbetzin Chana Kaszemacher. Mrs. Kaszemacher is a respected member of the Orthodox community in Tzfat, Israel.
She is a natural writer, teacher and public speaker who finds great pleasure in sharing her knowledge and life experiences.
Mrs. Kaszemacher, a former non-Jew teaches non-Jewish people,whether they are curious or contemplating conversion. She also teaches Jewish people who are exploring and adopting the Orthodox life.
She converted to Orthodox Judaism in 1982 as an adult. She initiated her Torah and Judaism outreach work to non-Jews in 2008. She developed Insider's Guide to Judaism as an expansion of that outreach work.
The Rebbetzin brings to her courses her love of God and the Torah way of life.

*This course is being taught live to provide participants the opportunity to engage in live Q and A sessions following each lecture. In accordance with modesty standards, an avatar will be used to represent Mrs. Kaszemacher in the live lectures and Q and A.

This brief video introduces the class, and also introduces three options for how I show up in the Zoom meetings. Before the class starts, you will be able to share your preference with me. Majority will rule.
This course is for any man, even those who are firmly committed believers in their own religion. In keeping with standard Jewish practice, this course educates by imparting knowledge. Jewish law specifically forbids proselytizing. There is no obligation to convert to Judaism. There will be no effort to convert you. You can simply gain basic knowledge about Judaism. This is an informative course which could serve as a pre-conversion introduction, if that is your interest.
The date of the first class will be determined after there is sufficient enrollment to make the class worthwhile for all. Students will be notified with an reminder email a week or two before the first class. It is therefore very important that each student agree to receive marketing emails when they enroll. By enrolling now you will have immediate access to the private group with fellow students and your teacher.
All classes, at this time, are being taught on Sunday in order not to interfere with students' work schedules. The live men's class will be taught at 5:00PM (17:00) Israel time. All times given in the website are Israel time. You can use The World Clock Meeting Planner to find the corresponding time in your location.
